1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the 67IPTV application ("Application"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Application and uninstall it from your device.

Your continued use of the Application constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and any updates or modifications thereto.

2. Nature of Service

67IPTV is a media player application only and does not provide, host, distribute, stream, or sell any audio, video, or other media content. The Application functions solely as a tool that allows users to input and organize their own playlist URLs (such as M3U or XTREAM codes) obtained from third-party sources.

67IPTV does not control, endorse, sponsor, or assume responsibility for any content accessed through the Application. All content is provided by third-party sources, and users access such content at their own risk and discretion.

The Application operates as a mere conduit for content that users choose to access. 67IPTV has no editorial control over, and makes no representations or warranties regarding, any third-party content.

67IPTV does not monitor, filter, review, verify, or supervise any content accessed through the Application and has no obligation to do so.

3. User Responsibility and Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you access through the Application complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to:

Copyright and intellectual property laws
Content licensing requirements
Broadcasting and telecommunications regulations
Local, state, national, and international laws

You acknowledge and agree that you bear full legal responsibility for any content you access, stream, download, or distribute using the Application. 67IPTV is not responsible for verifying the legality, accuracy, or appropriateness of any content accessed through the Application.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Application, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

Be at least 18 years of age
Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account credentials
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Prohibited Uses

You expressly agree NOT to use the Application to:

Access, stream, or distribute copyrighted content without proper authorization from the rights holder
Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with any digital rights management (DRM) or copy protection measures
Redistribute, rebroadcast, publicly perform, or commercially exploit any content
Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access to your account
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application
Use the Application for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
Infringe upon or violate the rights of 67IPTV, other users, or any third party

6. Intellectual Property

The Application, including its design, features, functionality, and all related intellectual property rights, is owned by 67IPTV. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Application.

67IPTV respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us at [email protected] with the relevant details.

7. Payment Terms

If you purchase a subscription or access to the Application, fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy. Prices are subject to change upon reasonable notice. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of your access.

67IPTV does not process payments for, or on behalf of, any third-party content providers. Any payments made to third parties for content or IPTV services are separate transactions for which 67IPTV bears no responsibility.

8. Service Availability

While we endeavor to provide reliable access to the Application, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. The Application is provided on an "as available" basis.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, 67IPTV DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

67IPTV DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, BE ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. 67IPTV MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING ANY THIRD-PARTY CONTENT ACCESSED THROUGH THE APPLICATION.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL 67IPTV, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION.

67IPTV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES ARISING FROM THIRD-PARTY CONTENT ACCESSED THROUGH THE APPLICATION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY CLAIMS OF COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT, DEFAMATION, OR VIOLATION OF RIGHTS OF PUBLICITY OR PRIVACY.

IN NO EVENT SHALL 67IPTV'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE APPLICATION EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESS TO THE APPLICATION DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 67IPTV, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

Your use of the Application
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
Any content you access, stream, or distribute through the Application
Any activity related to your account

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violations of these Terms. You may discontinue use of the Application at any time. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wisconsin for the resolution of any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Application.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 67IPTV regarding your use of the Application and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting of the revised Terms. Your continued use of the Application after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
